Bring Communication Club to Your School

Bring an engaging after-school enrichment program to your school that helps kids build communication skills, confidence, and connection through games, movement, creative challenges, and hands-on Experiences.

Easy for schools. Exciting for kids. Meaningful for families.

A Club Kids Want to Join.

Communication Club turns communication practice into something kids actually look forward to.

Through games, movement, creative challenges, teamwork, and weekly Experiences, children have opportunities to practice expressing ideas, listening, storytelling, problem-solving, conversation, social skills, and working with others.

Created by a speech-language pathologist. Designed to feel like a club - not therapy.

Easy for Schools. Exciting for Families.

Communication Club is designed to bring a high-quality enrichment program directly to students without creating another program for school staff to manage.

You provide the space. We bring the Experience.

  • Qualified Club facilitators

  • Family enrollment and registration

  • Parent communication and program updates

  • A school or aftercare point of contact

  • Access to the space and students during the scheduled program time

  • Approval to share Communication Club information with families, such as backpack flyers and/or approved school communications

  • A point of connection with relevant school staff, such as the school SLP or ESE team, when appropriate and with parent permission

A meaningful enrichment opportunity for families - with minimal added work for your school.

A Resource for School Teams

Communication Club can also give school SLPs, ESE teams, teachers, and other professionals another resource to share with families looking for additional opportunities to build communication skills outside the school day.

For some families, traditional private therapy may not be the right fit - or they may simply be looking for more opportunities for their child to practice communication with other kids. Communication Club offers an engaging, group-based enrichment option where communication, confidence, and connection are intentionally supported.

With parent permission, Expressive Mind can collaborate with a child’s school SLP or ESE team to help create continuity between the skills being supported at school and opportunities for practice in the Club.

Built Around Real Communication

Communication Club gives kids opportunities to practice the skills they use every day - to share ideas, connect with others, solve problems, and participate with confidence.

Communicate

Express ideas, build language, tell stories, ask questions, listen, and make themselves understood.

Connect

Start conversations, work with others, take turns, consider different perspectives, and build social connections.

Speak up, try new things, share ideas, participate in a group, and become more confident communicators.
